Q: problem installing productivity apps even with correct license key.

 

A: The Productivity pack license uses the Date time settings for the MFP to verify when installing. If you have applied a valid license but still have problems installing your apps please Check your date and time on the MFP you are trying to install on. If the MFP date/time is more than 1 hour incorrect then the system will not validate the licence key.
