Using Microsoft Internet Explorer

Q: is Internet explorer supported or recommended for accessing the productivity portal.

A: At this time the Microsoft Internet explorer is not supported but from experience it will most probably work fine. It is recommended that if you want to use I.E then you could try clearing all cookies and history and restart your browser. If you are having problems accessing the Productivity portal use another Browser like Chrome or Firefox.
